Funeral flowers are of course important at a funeral, but the most important thing is to choose the right funeral directors, close to me are the Co op Funeral Care, I highly recommend, I have chosen the Co op, as they have been around for many years and I know them very well, they give an excellent service, I used them this year for my dear dad, and they deserve the credit, it was a wonderful service I could not fault them, they are kind, thoughtful and helpful in every respect, even behind the scene's with the flowers they are only to willing to put themselves out, always polite and helpful it was never a problem. If you have not booked the funeral yet then ask your florist as to who they recommend, as they know more than anyone from a customers point of view as they visit on a daily basis, so while you can't make spot checks to see if you are making the right choice, we see them all daily because of the nature of our job, so we see both side's, I think you should always treat people how you wanted to be treated, with respect, and in an undertakers everybody is a potential customer, even behind the scenes.
